For members with 2 hearing aids, we never want you to worry about losing or damaging your hearing aid. So we have taken steps to protect your device and created an extended warranty for your peace of mind. This protects you against theft, loss and irreparable damage to your hearing aid.
For members with 1 hearing aid, we extend the same warranty as an additional paid service so you can get the same protection at just $10 per month.
As nessa practises full transparency in our business dealings, we would like to point out the following upfront:
- Damage is a damage which prevents the hearing aid from working effectively. The damage can be partial, substantial, or complete.
- nessa will request you to share with an official written report about the loss or theft of your hearing aid.
In addition, there will be a minor charge of 25% of the price of the hearing aid when using extended warranty. After each claim, subscription will be automatically renewed for an additional 36 months.
- nessa will request that the damaged hearing aid be returned for assessment.
